1. SERMON RECAP

On Palm Sunday, Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey — not as a conquering general, but as a humble, sacrificial king whose whole purpose was to bring life and salvation to every person. Pastor Mirek reminded us that God's heart toward us has always been blessing, not destruction, and that Jesus took our place on the cross so we could be free. The central question of the sermon is deeply personal: Will He do it for me? — and the answer is a resounding yes.

Think of a time when someone went out of their way — maybe even at great personal cost — to do something kind for you. What was it, and how did it make you feel?

4. DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

1. Pastor Mirek told the story of a dying woman in Africa who asked, "Would He do it for me?" What do you think made that question so powerful? Have you ever found yourself asking God something similar?

2. Zechariah 9:9 describes Jesus coming as a king — but riding on a donkey, in humility, rather than on a warhorse. What does that image say to you about the kind of God we serve? How does His humility affect the way you relate to Him?

3. Pastor Mirek said, "Everything God does is for his man" — pointing back to Genesis 1:28, where the very first thing God does is bless humanity. Does that match how you typically picture God? What shapes the way we see God — as loving and generous, or distant and demanding?

4. The sermon described how Satan's first move was to make Eve doubt what God said — "Hath God said?" Where do you notice doubt creeping into your own faith? What areas of your life is it hardest to believe God is really for you?

5. Pastor Mirek talked about "Zoe life" — the very life and nature of God available to us through Jesus. What do you think it looks like practically to tap into that life on an ordinary Tuesday? What gets in the way?

6. The YWAM skit showed Jesus stepping in to take the place of the person who was beaten and bound. How does making it personal — believing Jesus did it specifically for you — change the way you experience your faith day to day?

5. APPLICATION CHALLENGE

This week, identify one specific area of your life where you have been quietly asking, "Will He do it for me?" — a struggle, a fear, a situation that feels too far gone. Write it down, and each morning this week, read Romans 8:32 out loud over it. Let the verse be your daily reminder that the same God who gave His Son is not holding back anything good from you.

6. PRAYER POINTS

• For personal faith: Pray that God would give each group member a fresh, personal revelation of how deeply He loves them — not just in general, but specifically, by name.

• For the broken and hurting: Pray for those in your lives who feel disqualified from God's love — people who, like the woman in the story, wonder if they've gone too far for grace to reach them.

• For healing and freedom: Pray boldly for any specific situations in the group where people need God to show up — in health, in relationships, in mental and emotional wellbeing.
